AML Lock and Safe was established in 2001 and we have 25+ years experience in the Lock and Safe Industry.
We cover a 100 mile radius of Stoke on Trent for our routine work, but we will work in any part of the UK and any other Country if required.

All our staff are CSCS card holders and first aid trained to handle work on building sites.

Locksmith Services
We use all the latest tools available for a fast and efficient service. We supply and fit any type of lock and will undertake security checks to give you free advice on how to enhance the security of your property.
All types of door and windows can be accommodated for whether in wood, aluminium, steel or UPVC.
We can supply and fit panic hardware/emergency exit locks and are fully aware and can advise you of what locks comply with fire regulations.
We carry a vast array of upvc door locks and mechanisms to repair your broken or faulty door locks these doors are prone to dropping then they increse preasure on the lock causing it to break we are fully skilled in retro fitting of new locks and adjustment of hindges and keeps to correct dropped doors.
Locked out of your house?
If you are locked out of your house, business or even a padlock on a gate; we can get you back in. We use all the latest technology and techniques allowing our locksmiths to open most locks without damage to your property. We can open any lock on the market todate including wooden and upvc doors/windows, filling cabinets, padlocks and safes.
We offer a fixed price per job with no call out fee and free quotation.
Safe Opening Services
We offer a nationwide professional safe opening service for all makes and models of safes. Some key safes can be picked open with specialised tools, other digital and combination locks require forced openings. These are carried out by drilling in precise positions on the safes and attaching certain parts of the safe lock to gain access to the safe.
We carry 90% of the equipment and locks to repair and reinstate the safe in one visit but there are certain locks and parts which have to be ordered and on some safes we cannot source the parts but we can retro fit other locks.
Removal of Unwanted Safes
We can remove any unwanted safe and will always try to be fair with costs, as with everything, most safes retain a certain value. Regarding old safes we can remove certain safes for free; these are normally low value safes and we will incur the cost of removal. We will then refurbish and try to resell but this is a very competitive market. We also buy certain safes and remove them from your property these are normally high value safes which are more modern and on the insurance approved list. Safes that are of no resalable value or require specialist removal will incur the cost of removal.

Moving and Resiting of Safes
We can move or resite any safe from a simple resite within an office to a different country. We have supplied and fitted safes for a major retail outlet in the UK and Europe which was, as all our jobs are, 100% successful. We use all the tools available to assist us with safe moving and are always aware of our surroundings so that we can complete the job with no damage or disruption to your working or home enviroment.

Vault door removal and installation
We remove any unwanted vault and bookroom doors, we have all the nessesery equipment and knowlage to compete the job safely and proffesionally.
We have removed and installed many doors and vaults including bolt togeher vaults and weld together vaults we are fully skilled in welding and have a commercial welder and always have a alocated fire marshall to watch over the job plus one hour after the welding has stopped, we supply our own fire extinguishers and fire blankets with our own first aidkit to ensure we are 100% safe and equipped for any emergancy.

Code Lock Entry Systems
We can supply and fit a vast array of code locks from the basic, user friendly, mechanical push button locks to the very high quality mechanical code locks for high traffic areas.
We can supply and fit full electronic access control systems including electronic door releases, mag locks, video and microphone entry systems plus all other additions to suit your needs.

Door Closers and Door Restrictors
We supply and fit all types of door closers for domestic and commercial doors. We will advise you on what door closer would meet your requirements as the range is vast and needs to be correct to suit your needs and stay reliable, saving you on future replacements of inferior products.
We supply and fit the over head consealed type door closers often found in aluminium shop fronts these are fitted above or at the bottom of the door and are assisted with a pivot which we also supply and fit.
We can also supply and fit door straps, which stop the door from opening too far preventing unnecessary damage.
Steel security doors
We can supply and fit a vast array of steel security doors, we undertake the full installation from start to finish and never use a third party.
We can respray these doors in any colour of your choice to make them more aesthetically pleasing.
These doors come in a smooth steel or with victorian embossed panneling.
All our doors are fitted with 150mm thunder bolts, we use flexable morter for the external finishing and plaster where nessesery internally giving the door installation a profesional finish.
